Data Deletion Instructions

FatigueOS is operated by Nexbhullah LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We take data deletion requests seriously and comply with GDPR Article 17, CCPA, and Meta Platform Terms.

What data we hold

When you connect your Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads account to FatigueOS via OAuth, we store the following data on our servers:

  • Your account email and account ID
  • OAuth access tokens (encrypted at rest)
  • Ad account IDs, campaign, ad set, and ad-level performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, CPA, ROAS, frequency, reach, CTR)
  • Ad creative assets (images, videos, copy) for fatigue scoring
  • AI-generated replacement creatives we produced for your account
  • Usage logs (pages viewed, features used, IP address)

We do NOT store: customer PII from your ad accounts, custom audience lists, pixel event data tied to individuals, or any data outside the scope of ad performance analysis.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of all your FatigueOS data, email us at founder@fatigueos.co with the following:

Subject line: Data Deletion Request - [Your account email]

Body: Include the email address you used to sign up for FatigueOS and any ad account IDs you previously connected.

We will:

  1. Confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
  2. Verify your identity (we may ask you to reply from the account email)
  3. Delete all your data from our production systems within 30 days
  4. Send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Faster option - revoke our Meta access directly

You can immediately cut off FatigueOS's access to your Meta ad account without waiting for us:

  1. Go to https://business.facebook.com
  2. Navigate to Business Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps
  3. Find "FatigueOS" and click Remove
  4. This revokes our access immediately. Existing stored data will still be deleted via the request above.

For TikTok and Google ad accounts, revoke access via:

What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

  • Your account record and authentication credentials
  • All connected ad account data we ingested
  • All performance metrics, fatigue scores, and historical analyses
  • All AI-generated creatives produced for your account
  • All billing records EXCEPT what we are legally required to retain (Stripe transaction logs for tax and accounting - typically 7 years per US IRS requirements)

What we cannot delete

By law, we must retain certain transactional records:

  • Stripe payment records (kept by Stripe under their data policy)
  • Tax-related invoices (retained 7 years per IRS regulations)
  • Communications about disputes or fraud (retained for legal compliance)

These retained records are de-identified where possible and never used for product or marketing purposes after deletion.

GDPR and CCPA users

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have additional rights including data portability and the right to know what data we hold. To exercise these rights, email founder@fatigueos.co with your specific request. We respond within 30 days.
