Privacy Policy

FatigueOS ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Nexbhullah LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use FatigueOS (the "Service") at fatigueos.co.

1. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, company name, billing details (processed by Stripe - we do not store card numbers).

Advertising platform data: when you connect your Meta Ads account, TikTok Ads account, or Google Ads account via OAuth, we access:

  • Ad account IDs, campaign, ad set, and ad-level data
  • Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, frequency, reach, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Creative assets (ad images, videos, copy) for fatigue scoring
  • Pixel and conversion event data (aggregated only)

We do NOT access: end-user PII, customer lists, custom audiences containing personal data, or anything outside the scope of advertising performance analysis.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, browser type, device type. Collected via Plausible Analytics and PostHog.

2. How we use information

  • To provide creative fatigue detection and analytics
  • To generate replacement ad creatives via third-party AI services (Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.0, Higgsfield, Arcads) - only the creative concepts and brand context are shared, never personal data
  • To send transactional emails (account updates, billing receipts, fatigue alerts)
  • To improve the Service through aggregated, de-identified analysis

We do not sell your data. We do not share your advertising data with third parties except sub-processors listed below.

4. Data retention

  • Account data: retained while your account is active, deleted within 30 days of cancellation
  • Advertising performance data: retained for 24 months for trend analysis
  • Generated creatives: retained while your account is active

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing founder@fatigueos.co. EU/UK users have rights under GDPR; California users have rights under CCPA. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. We follow industry-standard security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Meta Platform compliance

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, we:

  • Use ad account data solely for the features described in our product UI
  • Do not retain Meta data beyond what is necessary for service delivery
  • Delete Meta data within 30 days of customer offboarding
  • Do not transfer Meta data to third parties for independent use

8. Children's privacy

FatigueOS is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be emailed to active users at least 14 days in advance.
